Tony Langan is a trial lawyer who has been with the firm since 1999. Prior to joining Udall Law Firm, he practiced in Phoenix for approxi-mately 10 years as a partner and associate with Gallagher & Kennedy. Tony has focused his practice in insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, professional liability, and product liability. He has represented doctors, lawyers, physical therapists, nurses, dentists, and counselors in trial court and before regulatory agencies. He has also spoken at trial/ arbitration seminars for young lawyers.

Representative Matters

• Obtained a defense verdict for a major retailer in a textile flammability case.
• Currently defending healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation.
• Obtained 8 defense verdicts in the first 9 cases tried.
• Arbitrated over 60 cases.
• Obtained $1.56 million verdict judgment in a plaintiff’s 1983 excessive force claim.
