Debra C. Boyer graduated with high distinction from the University of Arizona in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science & Economics. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona College of Law in 2000. Thereafter, she was admitted to the Arizona bar in 2000. Before relocating to Tucson in 2007, Debra practiced real estate law in Phoenix with a law firm emphasizing real estate development, municipal law, to include planning and zoning, and litigation in related matters. Currently, she is an attorney practicing real estate law in Tucson while also handling matters in Phoenix and other areas throughout Arizona. Specifically, her area of practice emphasizes real estate development issues to include planning and zoning, permitting, eminent domain, purchase contracts, commercial and residential leasing, and litigation in related matters such as quiet title, tax liens, commercial landlord-tenant disputes and real estate partition actions. Debra also practices law in estate planning and handles estate and probate litigation and appeals.
