Derek W. Brewer

Derek W. Brewer grew up in the White Mountains of Arizona. He was a Deputy for the Navajo County Sheriff’s Office before he decided to pursue a law degree. He attended The University of Arizona for his undergraduate degree, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a minor in Latin American Studies. Derek then attended the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2022 with a certificate in business transactions.

After graduating from law school, Derek worked as a prosecutor in the 14^th Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Colorado. He has successfully represented the State of Colorado in jury trials and evidentiary hearings. Derek also has experience in pretrial litigation, including negotiations, pretrial motions, and hearings.
