Maxwell T. Riddiough’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, real estate, business, and construction matters. He has extensive experience litigating complex disputes in both state and federal courts, with a particular focus on a wide range of commercial matters, partnership disputes, construction, eminent domain, and quiet title actions. Throughout his career, Max has conducted more than fifteen jury trials in the civil and criminal arena as well as dozens of bench trials, evidentiary hearings, and arbitration proceedings, providing a strong foundation of courtroom experience.

In addition to his litigation practice, Max regularly advises clients on corporate governance and a broad array of operational and compliance issues. He also drafts and negotiates a wide range of documents for business matters as well as commercial real estate transactions, including those related to real estate development, purchase agreements, and leasing.
